Please note that the box for plush dolls/keyring or any other merchandise that are placed in paper boxes are very fragile and may arrive damaged / torn / bent. These are out of our control and may occur during shipping/delivery processes and are not a reason to refund / exchange. The outer box is only meant to protect the inner contents. Due to the huge box size of the plush doll, during shipping, the plush doll box may be opened & flattened while shipping to you, to reduce shipping costs. You can assemble back the box after receiving them. Do purchase only if comfortable.
